Team Invitations

Invite team members to collaborate on your label and manage their roles.

1. Send Invitations

Click "New team invitation" to invite collaborators. Enter their email address and select their role (Admin, Staff, or Viewer).

2. Email Delivery

The invited user receives an email with an "Accept Invitation" button. The email includes the tenant name, assigned role, and expiration date.

3. Registration Process

New users click the link, enter their name and password, and create their account. Existing users are automatically added to the new tenant.

4. Invitation Management

Track all invitations in the table. See Accepted status (✓/✗), Expires date (7 days from creation), and use Resend for pending invitations.

Pro Tip

Invitations expire after 7 days for security. If an invitation expires, simply delete it and create a new one. You can also resend active invitations if the recipient didn't receive the email.
