Configuration

API Setup

To enable the integration, go to Label Settings > External Services.

  1. Check "Enable Merch Generation".
  2. Enter your Printful API Key.
  3. Enter your Store ID.

Profit Margins

Define how much profit you want to make on top of Printful's base cost.

New Feature

Default Profit Markup (%)

Found in Label Settings. Sets the automatic markup applied to all new products imported from the catalog.

Example: If a T-shirt costs $10 and your markup is 50%, the retail price will be set to $15 automatically.

Synchronization Workflow

Browse Catalog

Go to Merchandising > Catalogue to browse thousands of Printful products (T-shirts, Hats, Mugs).

Import & Design

Click "Import" to bring the product into LabelStack. Upload your artwork files or use existing label assets.

Push to Printful

Once designed, click "Push to Printful". This creates the product in your Printful store and syncs variable pricing.

Troubleshooting

Common Errors

  • "Missing thread_colors" (Embroidery):

    If syncing hats or embroidered items, ensure you have selected a valid embroidery file. The system automatically defaults to Black thread if unspecified.

  • "Missing variant files":

    Ensure you have uploaded a design file in the "Print Files" section before pushing. Printful cannot create a blank product.
