Store DJ names, emails, social handles, genres, and notes in one place. No more scattered spreadsheets.
Tag DJs with multiple genres (Techno, House, Drum & Bass, etc.). Filter by genre when sending promos.
Bulk import DJs from Excel/CSV files. Export your entire database for backup or external campaigns.
Select DJs from the database and send them promo packs (downloads, streams, press kits) via the Promo Pool module.
Navigate to Marketing → Promo DJs. Click "New DJ" and fill in their name, email, genres, social handles, and any notes (e.g., "Plays peak time techno").
Have a spreadsheet? Click "Import CSV" and map columns (Name → DJ Name, Email → Email, Genres → Genres). System validates and imports in bulk.
Use the genre filter to find DJs who play specific styles. For example, filter "Drum & Bass" to send promos for a new D&B release.
Go to Promo Pool, create a new promo pack for a release, and select DJs from the database. They'll receive download links or streaming access.

Don't send techno promos to house DJs. Use genre tags to target the right audience and increase play rates.
Tag influential DJs as "VIP" and give them early access to releases. Build relationships with key tastemakers.
Remove bounced emails and unsubscribed DJs. A clean list improves deliverability and engagement rates.
Only add DJs who've opted in or given permission. Use BCC when sending bulk emails to protect privacy.
