What is a Marketing Task?

A Marketing Task is a single social media post for a specific network (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or X). Each task contains AI-generated text, a media file (cover art/video), scheduled date/time, and dispatch status.

Scheduled

AI content generated successfully. Task scheduled for future dispatch at the specified date/time.

Dispatched

Sent to Make.com/Ayrshare webhook. Waiting for platform response to confirm publishing.

Published

Successfully posted to the social media platform. Post is live and visible to followers.

Failed

Publishing failed. Check error message for details. Click "Regenerate" to create new content and retry.

Generating

AI is currently generating content. Usually takes 4-5 seconds per post. Do not refresh or leave page.

Available Actions

Edit Task

Click the "Edit" button to modify AI-generated text, change scheduled date/time, or update media files.

Note: Editing is disabled after task is dispatched.

Regenerate

Click the "Regenerate" icon (🔁) to query AI again and create completely new text. Useful for failed tasks.

Tip: Keep regenerating until you get content you love.

Delete Task

Remove individual tasks from a campaign. Cannot undo. Use "Delete All Tasks" button to clear entire campaign.

Manual Dispatch

Click "Dispatch" button to manually send scheduled tasks to the webhook. Automatic dispatch runs every hour via cron.
