A Marketing Slot is a template that defines one post in a campaign blueprint. It specifies the network, format, relative day, and AI prompt context. When you launch a campaign, each slot creates one Marketing Task.
| Field | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Relative Day | Days before/after release date (0 = release day) | -7, 0, +3, +14 |
| Network | Target social media platform | Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X |
| Format | Post type on the platform | Feed, Story, Reel, Video |
| Prompt Hint | Context for AI to generate appropriate text | "Teaser", "Countdown", "Thank You" |
| Order | Position in the blueprint (for sorting) | 1, 2, 3, etc. |
Prompt Hint: "Create a teaser post announcing new music coming soon. Build excitement without revealing too much."
Prompt Hint: "Create a countdown story (3 days) with urgency. Include a pre-save link."
Prompt Hint: "It's release day! Celebrate the launch and direct fans to streaming links."
Prompt Hint: "Thank fans for their support. Share early streaming stats and encourage playlist adds."
Don't schedule all posts on the same day. Spread them over 2-3 weeks for sustained engagement.
Use Stories for countdowns and BTS. Use Feed Posts for announcements. Use Reels for short videos.
Write specific prompt hints to guide AI. "Teaser post" is better than "Promo".
Create a 5-slot blueprint first. Test, refine, then expand to 10-15 slots for full campaigns.
