Manage your event venues and locations. Create reusable venue profiles with capacity, address, and contact information.
Venues are reusable location profiles that you can assign to In-Person events. Once created, select them from a dropdown when creating events.
When creating an In-Person event, select a venue from your saved locations. The venue's address and details will automatically populate on the event page.
Start creating a new event and select "In-Person" as event type

For venues you use frequently (your home venue, regular club nights), create the venue profile once and reuse it across multiple events. This ensures consistency and saves time.
Always verify venue addresses are correct and complete. Fans use this information for navigation and directions.
Set realistic capacity limits to prevent overselling and ensure compliance with venue fire codes.
Example: Venue capacity = 500
→ Set total ticket limit to 450-475 to account for staff, VIP, and safety margins
Use clear, recognizable venue names that fans will understand.
Keep your venue list clean by archiving locations you no longer use.
Archived venues remain attached to past events but won't appear in the dropdown for new events.
