Workflow management for engineering tasks, incident response, and upgrades.

Internal Tickets are invisible to Tenants. They are used to track system-level issues, infrastructure upgrades, or compliance tasks that require engineering attention. These tickets are often linked to GitHub Issues.

Task Categories

Infrastructure

Tasks related to servers, databases, or 3rd party APIs.

  • Server upgrades (e.g. PHP 8.4)
  • Database migrations
  • API Key rotation

Incident Response

Post-mortem actions following a system outage or bug.

  • Bug hotfixes
  • Data reconciliation
  • Security patches

GitHub Integration

Auto-Link

When creating an Internal Ticket, you can paste a GitHub Issue URL. The system will automatically:

  • Sync the ticket status with the GitHub Issue status.
  • Import tags/labels.
  • Close the ticket when the PR is merged.
