Platform Settings

Global configuration for White-Labeling, Payments, and Communications.

The Platform Settings module is the central control panel for the entire SaaS environment. Changes made here affect all tenants, global branding, and critical infrastructure connections. Access is strictly limited to Super Admins.

General & Branding

Customize the look and feel of the Super Admin and Tenant panels. These settings ensure brand consistency throughout the application.

Visual Assets

  • App Application Logo: Displays on the login screen and top sidebar. Recommended size: 512x512px (PNG).
  • Favicon: Browser tab icon. Format: .ico or .png.
  • Dark Mode Logo: Inverted version for dark themes.

Theme & Localization

  • Primary Color: Sets the dominant color for buttons, links, and active states (Hex code).
  • Default Language: Sets the fallback language for new tenants.
  • Timezone: Server default timezone (UTC recommended).

Stripe Configuration

The platform uses Stripe Connect and Billing for handling all tenant subscriptions and payouts. Incorrect configuration here will halt all revenue processing.

STRIPE_KEY Public key (pk_live_...) used for client-side tokenization. Safe to share
STRIPE_SECRET Secret key (sk_live_...) used for server-side API calls. Confidential
STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET Validates incoming events (subscription updates, failures). Required for Sync

⚠️ Important: When rotating Stripe keys, enable "Maintenance Mode" to prevent transaction failures during the switch.

Email Services (SMTP)

Configure the outgoing mail driver. This handles transactional emails: Welcome, Password Reset, Invoice Receipts, and User Invites.

Driver Recommendations

  • Production: Postmark or Amazon SES for high deliverability.
  • Staging: Mailtrap.io for safe email capture testing.
  • Local: log driver or Mailpit.
