The Invoices module aggregates all billing events from every tenant. Invoices are automatically generated by Stripe upon subscription renewal or one-time charge events.
Invoice created but not finalized. Can still be edited. No payment attempt yet.
Finalized and sent to customer. Awaiting payment. Automatic retry logic applies here.
Payment successfully captured via credit card or bank transfer.
Cancelled manually. No further payment attempts will be made.
Marked as bad debt after all retries failed.
All invoices render as PDF documents that are emailed to tenants. The PDF template includes:
