Churn rates, MRR growth, and LTV analysis.

This dashboard offers a high-level view of the SaaS business health. All data is aggregated from Stripe subscriptions and grouped by billing intervals (Monthly/Yearly).

Metric Definitions

MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)

The predictable revenue generated by the business every month. New subscriptions increase MRR; churn decreases it.

Churn Rate

The percentage of subscribers who cancel or fail to renew their subscription within a given period.

LTV (Lifetime Value)

The average revenue a single customer generates throughout their lifespan before churning.

ARPU (Avg Revenue Per User)

Total Revenue divided by the number of active subscribers.

Dunning & Recovery

When a payment fails (e.g. expired card), the system enters the Dunning Process:

  1. Attempt 1 (Day 0): Initial failure. Email sent to user ("Payment Failed").
  2. Attempt 2 (Day 3): Retry charge. Second email warning.
  3. Attempt 3 (Day 7): Final retry.
  4. Action (Day 8): Subscription is marked as past_due or cancelled automatically.
